Shaping Your Outdoors. Surpassing Expectations.
We deep-clean and re-sand paver surfaces to remove the moss, algae, and grime that thrive in Northwest damp.
Paver patios and driveways in the Pacific Northwest are magnets for moss, algae, and black mildew thanks to our shaded, moisture-rich environment. We pressure wash at the correct settings to lift years of organic buildup without blasting out the jointing sand or damaging the paver faces. Once clean, we re-sand the joints with polymeric sand that hardens to lock pavers in place, resist weed growth, and shed water. A protective sealer can then be applied to slow future moss return and keep colors bright through the wet months.
