Permeable pavers are engineered with wider joints and an open-graded stone base so rainwater drains straight through into the ground instead of sheeting off toward the street. That makes them ideal for the Pacific Northwest, where heavy winter rainfall and tightening stormwater regulations push homeowners toward on-site infiltration. Beneath the surface we build a layered reservoir of clean, washed aggregate that stores and slowly releases water, easing pressure on drains and protecting Puget Sound waterways.
