Shaping Your Outdoors. Surpassing Expectations.
We install low-maintenance vinyl fencing that shrugs off Northwest rain, moss, and moisture without rotting or peeling.
Vinyl is an increasingly popular Puget Sound choice for homeowners who want the clean look of a painted fence without the upkeep our climate demands. The panels never rot, warp, or need repainting, and they wipe clean of the green moss and algae that thrive in our damp air. We anchor each post in a concrete footing and, where needed, reinforce hollow posts with steel or wood inserts for wind resistance. The finished fence holds its bright appearance for decades with almost no maintenance.
Eliminates painting, staining, and rot common with wood; Resists moss, algae, and moisture staining; Cleans easily with a hose or pressure washer; Holds color and shape through wet Northwest winters; Offers privacy, semi-private, and picket styles
1) Confirm layout, style, and grade with a site walk; 2) Set reinforced vinyl posts in concrete footings; 3) Slide rails and panels into the posts and level each run; 4) Cap the posts, hang gates, and inspect the finished line
Linear footage and selected panel style; Post reinforcement for wind and gate loads; Color and privacy grade of the vinyl; Slope and stepping required on the lot; Number and size of gates
Vinyl can be installed year-round, though we prefer milder, drier stretches so post footings cure fully before backfill.
