What This Service Involves

Core aeration uses hollow tines to pull small plugs of soil from the lawn, providing more effective relief than spike aeration. Removing plugs opens channels for air, water, and nutrients while helping break down thatch as the cores dissolve back into the lawn. It is the gold-standard preparation before overseeding, letting seed reach soil for strong germination in our cool-season turf.
