Because this variety holds color better than most through wet PNW winters, we trim conservatively to protect its fine emerald foliage and avoid exposing bare interior wood. Our crews clean up any winter flop, tidy the leaders, and shape the flat sides to maintain that formal screening line. Careful, shallow cuts keep each plant tight without triggering the brown gaps that never fill back in.
