Shaping Your Outdoors. Surpassing Expectations.
New lawn establishment from quality grass seed matched to your soil, sun, and Pacific Northwest climate.
Seeding builds a new lawn from the ground up at the lowest material cost, and it lets us choose the exact grass blend for your conditions. We prepare a firm, weed-free seedbed, spread a premium cool-season blend at the right rate, then rake and roll for good seed-to-soil contact. With consistent moisture, seedlings emerge in one to three weeks and fill in to a dense lawn over the following months. It takes more patience than sod, but a well-seeded lawn develops deep roots and long-term resilience.
